Required Qualifications

BLS
ARRT registered Radiation Therapist
WV state license
IMRT
IGRT
SRS
SBRT
Experience with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator or the Varian ARIA Oncology Information System
Experience with average patient load of 25 patients per machine, 50 total, plus 6–9 CT sim patients per day

Preferred / Additional Details

Mix of adult and pediatric population; minimal pediatric cases but pediatric population is cared for
Department-specific equipment includes Varian Trilogy, Varian Truebeam, and Siemens Somation go. flo open
Radiation Oncology department has a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech
Radiation Oncologists are on-site
No float/coverage to other areas
No IV starts required
Shifts are 5x8 hours or possibly 4x10 hours, days
No weekend requirement
No holiday requirement
No call or standby requirement
Scrub color: Gray
Department-specific orientation is provided
