RN Emergency Room
Overview
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Schedule: Every other weekend or based on department needs; every other holiday rotating with regular staff
- Floating: May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Role Summary
- RN Emergency Room role
- Experience caring for critical care patients is expected
- Must be able to care for psychiatric and pediatric patient populations
- Strong team collaboration, clear and timely communication, and appropriate escalation of concerns are emphasized
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- 2 or more completed travel assignments
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
