Description
RN Step Down
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Contract length: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Schedule: EOW; EOH
Placement and Scope
- Placed on the unit with the greatest need, either PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on the traveler's skills.
- Accepts a Med/Surg or Stepdown RN. Both skills use the same credentialing.
- Floats onsite within skill set, or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Stepdown experience (2 years)
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's license (not expired; front and back shown; address must match records)
Documents Required for Submission
- Resume or profile
- At least 2 professional references, completed before first assignment
- Skills checklist
- Current license verification and Nursys verification
- BLS and ACLS are optional at submission but required for onboarding
