Description

Ultrasound Technologist w/Vascular - Days

Location: North Providence, Rhode Island
Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
Call: 1 week and weekend per month (call/weekends/holidays)
Unit: Hospital imaging serving inpatient, outpatient, and ED patients

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, including ultrasound technologist experience within the last year
Experience Setting: Hospital setting
Certifications: ARDMS RDMS in Abdomen and OB/GYN; current BLS; RVT
Independent hospital experience with: abdominal, pelvic/transvaginal, renal, and scrotal ultrasound
Clinical skill: Ability to recognize urgent findings and promptly notify the interpreting provider
