Description
Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice acts.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
