We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and ensure that the needs of patients are met throughout their stay.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the medical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow established protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate’s degree acceptable.
• Minimum of [insert experience requirement] years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound decisions.
