We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute role. This position requires a commitment to providing excellent patient care in a collaborative environment.

Schedule

• 3x10 hour days per week
• Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Total of 30 hours per week
• Every Saturday required

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services and evaluations
• Provide inpatient therapy for acute and swing patients
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience is mandatory
• Inpatient experience is highly preferred
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Current physical therapy license in New Hampshire required
