We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a contract position. This role requires excellent nursing skills and the ability to provide care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience in a telemetered unit and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 4x12 or 3x12 nights, including weekdays and weekends (three weekends per four-week period)

Unit Information

This position is for a 34-bed medical-surgical unit equipped with telemetry. Nurse-to-patient ratios are maintained at 1:5-7, ensuring optimal care and attention for each patient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Certified in BCLS and NIH
• Active RN License verification required
• No prior travel experience is necessary

Additional Information

The role requires a strong commitment to attendance, with a maximum of 2-3 call-offs tolerated during the contract period. This is critical to maintaining a stable and effective nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care.

EMR System

The electronic medical records system used is Cerner.
