We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This position entails evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians, adhering to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
