Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide care in a high-level NICU, PICU, and CVICU setting. This role involves working with pediatric patients and may require floating to various locations for specialized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients in NICU, PICU, and CVICU.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer therapies and interventions according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Ohio RRT license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a pediatric critical care setting, including NICU and PICU.
• Current certifications in NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS.
• Experience in high-level care settings is required.

Schedule

This position offers variable shifts including 3x12 or 4x12 hour schedules.

Additional Information

Travelers may need to complete two fingerprinting processes: one onsite for facility requirements and the second through the agency. All schedules and requests for time off should be communicated during the submission and interview process.
