We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-level care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for pediatric patients. This position may require floating to various locations within the region, including children’s rehabilitation and multiple NICUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in critical care settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize advanced equipment and techniques for respiratory support and management.
• Monitor patient progress and response to therapy, making necessary adjustments.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Must have an Ohio RRT license in hand.
• Minimum of two years of experience in pediatric respiratory therapy, specifically in NICU, PICU, and high-level care settings.
• Current certifications in NBRC, BLS, Advanced NRP, and PALS required.

Work Schedule

Shifts are available as 3x12-hour or 4x12-hour rotations, primarily during the night.

• All time-off requests and scheduling preferences must be communicated during the submission and interview process.
• Travelers will need to complete two fingerprinting processes: one onsite at the facility prior to start and one through the agency.
• All relevant work history, including previous roles, must be included in the application profile.
• Copies of all required certifications must be provided at the time of submission.
