Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting.
Facility Requirements
- Locals not permitted
- Must comply with a 60-mile radius restriction
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Experience with Meditech EMR is required
Job/Unit Requirements
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Schedule:
- Wednesday to Tuesday: 7 on, 7 off
- Weekday shifts: 19:30 - 05:30
- Weekend shifts: 18:00 - 06:00
- Weekend Work: Required
- License: MO State Pharmacy License required (pending accepted if in process)
- Certifications: BLS preferred
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year

Additional Information
The night shift pharmacist will work independently with no pharmacy technician coverage during shift hours. Responsibilities include order verification and addressing clinical alerts from the PharmacyOneSource queue, covering pharmacokinetic and renal dosing, amongst other tasks. Attendance at code blues and rapid responses is not expected.
