Description
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients who meet Med/Surg level of care. The patient population will include those in Medicine or Med/Tele Status.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg or Tele experience.
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association only.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
- 1-2 years of experience in Med Surg or Tele.
Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS from the American Heart Association
Shift Information:
- Two shifts available:
- Days: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
- Nights: 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am)
- Holiday and Weekend rotation required.
- No guaranteed hours; overtime will be paid at the regular, all-inclusive rate.
- No on-call duty required.
Holiday Coverage:
Holiday coverage is required.
Minimum Years of Experience:
1 year of relevant experience is required.
Certifications / Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
