Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with experience in the Emergency Room (ER) specialty. Join our dedicated team providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Start date: Within the next 3-4 weeks
First day of assignment: Report to San Angelo
Shift: Day shifts, 4x12 hours (09:00 - 21:00)
Preferred hours: 48 hours per week; may consider 36 hours

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license.
Previous experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
