We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a medical intensive care unit (MICU). The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient conditions, evaluating vital signs and lab results to make informed decisions regarding care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and health management.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in the training and education of nursing staff and students.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in an ICU or related critical care setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to emergency situations and perform under pressure.
