Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to fill night shift positions with a focus on quality patient care and teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and perform assessments in compliance with established protocols.
• Manage cardiac monitoring including recognition and management of dysrhythmias.
• Utilize ventilator management and titration for vasoactive medications and sedation.
• Floater responsibilities may include PACU, step down, and emergency departments for holding patients.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required. Only one holiday off request will be accepted.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related work experience required.
• Current Massachusetts nursing license or pending application is mandatory.
• Certifications: CPR (AHA), ACLS (AHA).
• Experience in hemodynamic monitoring preferred.
• CCRN certification is a plus.

Additional Information

All new hires must successfully complete a pass/fail ECG/Telemetry test and medication administration test during Day One orientation. Applicants must have prior Epic experience.
