Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the overall health and wellness of our patients.

Work Schedule

• 3x12-hour Night Shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Charge RN shifts may be required on an as-needed basis

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize rapid response teams as needed to ensure patient safety
• Administer blood products and manage peripheral line care
• Initiate and manage IVs, including heparin and insulin therapy
• Provide patient care utilizing nasal cannula and isolation precautions
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6
• Coordinate float assignments across multiple facilities as required

Qualifications

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is essential
• Must successfully pass an EKG exam during onboarding
