Travel MS/Tele RN – Wilmington, NC | Up to $3,005/Week | 4x12 Nights

Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN for a 13-week travel assignment with a reputable healthcare system in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Assignment Details
Pay: Up to $3,005/week*
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 4x12 Nights
Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Hours: 48 hours/week
Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:6–7
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
Floating: Required
Block Scheduling: No
Travel Experience: Not required
Orientation: 24 hours
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele RN experience – HARD STOP
BLS required
Blood product administration
Peripheral IV line care and management
IV Heparin drips / Heparin protocols
PCA management
Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
IV insulin protocols and insulin drip titration
Wound/Wound Vac care
Non-invasive airway management
Epic experience preferred
Charge RN experience preferred
About the Unit

This is a 41-bed adult and geriatric MS/Tele unit caring for a broad Medical/Surgical patient population.

Candidates should be comfortable managing:

Medical/Surgical patients
Telemetry and dysrhythmias
Heparin drips
Insulin drips
Blood products
IV therapy
PCA medications
Wounds and wound vacs
Rapid changes in patient condition

The unit reports typical staffing ratios of approximately 1:5–6, although posted staffing ratios may reach 1:6–7 depending on census and unit needs.
