About this Position

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The position involves working 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts from Thursday to Saturday, with a start time of 8:00 AM and an end time of 8:30 PM. There will also be a holiday rotation and an on-call requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per departmental protocols and standards.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with health care professionals for optimal patient care.
• Participate in all staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, with at least 6 months of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting.
• Required Certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT).
• Preferred Experience: Proficiency with PIV, Siemens equipment, and Level 1 trauma experience.
• Radiation Badge: Must be provided by the agency; the facility does not supply radiation badges.

Miscellaneous Information

• A radius rule of 60 miles is applicable.
• Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with a reduction in the posted bill rate.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
• The facility reserves the right to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
