Job Description

This position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in acute care to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical/telemetry setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30 and Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30.
• Every other weekend rotation with holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Valid RN license in Wisconsin or a compact RN license is required.
• BLS certification required - must be AHA certified.
• Traveler will be required to pass a telemetry test prior to clearance for employment.
