Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position requires a commitment to high-quality patient care, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to handle critical care situations effectively.

Shift Details

• 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend.
• Weekend rotation occurs every other weekend.
• Must be available to work during winter holidays, with at least two holiday shifts required.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acute care setting is required.
• Experience in cardiovascular surgery and familiarity with devices such as Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) and Impella are mandatory.
• Must have experience floating between Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU).
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (both from AHA) are essential.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Must have been separated from previous employment for at least 6 months.

Orientation

Orientation sessions are conducted weekly. Attire during orientation and shifts is flexible; any color scrubs are acceptable.
