Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team specializing in the care of Orthopedic Trauma patients. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to orthopedic trauma patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in accordance with facility policies.

Shift Information

This position requires 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend rotation every third weekend and holidays as needed. There is also an option for 4x12 shifts for travelers who are interested.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• Candidates will be required to pass a telemetry assessment prior to starting.
