Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Schedule

5 days a week
8-hour shifts
Every other weekend required
Shifts may rotate between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications and verify their accuracy.
Provide medication counseling and education to patients.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication management.
Monitor patient medication therapy for safety and efficacy.
Participate in clinical pharmacy programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience required.
Current BLS Certification.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

The position is situated within a fast-paced pharmacy unit, focusing on teamwork and collaboration to provide exceptional patient care. A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development is encouraged.

Guaranteed Hours

Full-time commitment with a guarantee of 40 hours per week.
