Description

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Emergency Medicine team. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver rapid and effective emergency care to adult and pediatric patients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient assessments and treatments.
Utilize Epic electronic health record system effectively for patient documentation.
Implement care plans based on evidence-based practices and patient needs.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to changes in condition.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience within the last three years, working with both adult and pediatric populations.
Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license.
BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications through AHA are required.
TNCC certification is required.
Must successfully pass a Telemetry test prior to starting.
