We are seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists to join our team. This role will involve shifts from 18:30 to 03:00, with alternating schedules of 4x8 hours one week and 5x8 hours the next week, totaling 72 hours per pay period. This position offers an opportunity to work exclusively on weekdays, with no weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Perform assessments and interventions consistent with best practices in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in NICU and Pediatric departments preferred.
• MN RRT license is required; pending licenses will be accepted if obtained by the start date.
• Must possess NBRC RRT certification.
• Epic charting experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 25 miles away from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
• Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS are required.
