Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Shift Notes

The position requires 12-hour night shifts totaling 36 hours per week.

Weekend and Holiday Requirements

Every other weekend required.
Holidays may be required if needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, troubleshooting, and treating respiratory issues in patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

Must have 3 years of current RRT experience.
Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred.
ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
Travelers must have their own vehicle for transportation to and from the assignment.
A Massachusetts RRT license is required at the time of submission.
Active NBRC (National Board of Respiratory Care) certification is required.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.

Additional Information

Orientation will include 8 hours of non-billable time.

Travelers are required to note any requested time off at the time of profile upload. A maximum of 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Travelers may not take all holidays off; working during key holiday blocks is required:

Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday, along with the weekend afterward.
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day, and the weekend afterward.
New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day, and the weekend afterward.
