We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Possess an active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Exhibit strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
