We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patients' families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying needs across facilities and patient schedules.
