CT Technologist

About This Position

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The position includes a daily caseload that varies by shift and location. The working schedule is three 12-hour shifts from Saturday to Monday, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with a holiday rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform computed tomography (CT) scans and related procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring proper use of radiation badges.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
Float to sister facilities as needed within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, with 6 months in a Level 1 trauma setting preferred.
Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS), ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification in Radiography (RT) and Computed Tomography (CT), and South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) certification for CT required.
Preferred Experience: Proficiency in Siemens equipment and familiarity with Level 1 Trauma protocols.

Additional Information

Local Candidates: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
Parking: A one-time payment is required for parking during nights and weekends.
Guaranteed Hours: The facility has the option to call off one shift per two weeks.
