Job Description
The Pharmacist will manage a workload of 40 hours per week, operating on varying shifts that may include evenings and weekends. A typical shift runs from 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with weekend hours subject to change based on staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting.
- Engage in pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically for vancomycin.
- Manage warfarin therapy and ensure safety and efficacy of medication regimens.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required.
- Minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
- Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not mandatory.
Shift Information
Shifts will vary, including the requirement for holiday coverage.
Experience Requirements
