Shifts: Night Shift - 1800 - 0630

This Pediatric Acute Registered Nurse position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients within a collaborative healthcare environment. The RN will utilize professional knowledge and skills to administer care, support patients of all ages and their families, and work autonomously in completing assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nursing care procedures while adhering to physicians' orders and established standards of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• A valid, current, full, and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice in any state of the United States, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory.
• Three years of nursing experience.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
• Completion of Pediatric Trauma Care After Resuscitation (P-CAR) within six months of hire.
• Completion of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) within six months of hire.

Additional Requirements:

• Holiday coverage is required.
• Limited housing options are available; shared housing units may be provided at a monthly rate.
• Family and pets are not allowed in the shared housing.
