Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to work in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and ready to contribute positively to our rehabilitation team. This opportunity is available for both experienced professionals and first-timers, as we value a wide range of skills and perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner systems.
• Support patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering independence and improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• All applicants must provide proof of license at the time of submission if the license is pending.
• Must be able to adhere to request time off (RTO) policies as approved at the time of submission.

Working Conditions

• Shift: 5x8 hour days, typically from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
• Hospital environment with a capacity of 36 beds.
• Free parking available for all staff.
• Professional attire is required; scrubs in solid colors or business casual dress with closed-toed shoes are acceptable.
