Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in long-term care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, while ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Document patient care and maintain accurate health records.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic nursing skills and patient care protocols.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
