We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. This position primarily serves a diverse patient population requiring comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to observation patients, including those with respiratory conditions and general medical-surgical diagnoses.
• Manage care for palliative, end-of-life, and hospice patients.
• Support psychiatric observation and diabetes management for patients, including new diabetics and those with complications.
• Oversee and attend to surgical patients and those in surgical observation.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic documentation and patient management.

Schedule:

This is a night shift position, working three 12-hour shifts per week. Flexibility to work holidays and float to other facilities as needed is required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Applicants must pass an EKG exam during onboarding.
• Previous experience as a Charge RN is preferred.
