Position Overview

This is an 8-week temporary role starting on February 1st, involving a 12-hour rotating schedule of days and nights. The position requires the flexibility to work across multiple units as an ICU float.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
• Float to various departments as needed based on staffing requirements.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in a level 1 trauma setting.
• Valid Massachusetts nursing license required.
• Certification in CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA).

Additional Information

Orientation will be conducted weekly every Monday, barring any holidays. Please note that parking fees may apply and can cost up to $43 per day in some cases.

Request Time Off (RTO) Policy

All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application, with no more than three days of time off requests permitted. Holiday time off will not be approved.
