Interventional Radiology Technologist

Schedule:

Monday - Friday with variable day off

Weekend: Call only requirement

Call: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend rotation based on staffing volume

Responsibilities:

• Float within the facility/scope of practice as needed, including to Cath and EP with required procedures.
• Participate in clinical screens determined by clinical fit, following Piedmont guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers are accepted.
• Must pass clinical screening for final management decision.

Time Off (RTO):

Maximum of 7 days.

Holidays:

If one major holiday falls in the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work. If two major holidays fall in the period, the traveler is expected to work both. If three major holidays fall within the period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

• Major Holidays include:
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

Compliance:

Full compliance required to start on time. Non-compliance will result in a delay of two weeks due to the bi-weekly orientation schedule.

Additional Information:

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
• Number of Non-Billable Orientation Hours (NBO) is determined by contract length.

Shift:

Day shift - 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30)
