Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Vascular/Procedural unit requiring 3-5 years of experience and ARRT certification.
Details
- Work in the Interventional Vascular/Procedural unit
- High-volume caseload averaging 25-30 cases per day
- Procedures include Y-90 chemoembolizations, cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention, subarachnoid hemorrhage treatment, TIPS, G-tube placement, uterine fibroid embolization, all forms of vascular access, PTC, and renal and liver biopsies
- Uses GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and ultrasound equipment
- 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call required, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- ARRT certification and BLS required
- License required if applicable
- 3-5 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
- Travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Perform a wide range of vascular and interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Scrubs provided by facility
- Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates within this radius are not eligible
- RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if requested on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
