Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in hospice and pediatric home health care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to pediatric patients in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients receiving home health and hospice services.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to families regarding care plans, medications, and treatment options.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while providing care in the patient's home.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in pediatric home health and hospice care is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and attention to detail in clinical practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.

Schedule

This position is for a day shift, comprising five 8-hour days per week from 08:00 to 17:00.
