Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality imaging services while maintaining patient safety and comfort. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-ray equipment.
- Ensure images meet the quality standards for interpretation by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to established protocols and safety procedures.
- Provide holiday coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- ARRT certification in radiography is required.
- ARRT certification in CT is preferred.
- Medical radiographer license in Nebraska is required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Information:
The position includes weekend shifts and requires adherence to performance expectations. Failure to meet the performance standards may result in the termination of the contract.
