Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a critical care environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, documenting all findings and interventions.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with established health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and support.
• Participate in training and continuing education to enhance professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a Pediatric ICU setting.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and participate in holiday rotations as required.
• EPIC experience is mandatory; no exceptions will be made.
• Residents are welcome to apply at the same rate.

Shift Information

• Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00)
• No block schedules available; shifts will rotate every few weeks without rotating within the same week.

Work Conditions
