We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. This position involves performing computed tomography scans and ensuring high-quality imaging for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct CT scans, ensuring high-quality images and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and findings.
• Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment proficiently.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation through the electronic health record system.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.

Schedule

This position requires working three 12-hour shifts, specifically Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Holiday rotation is also a requirement.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist; 6 months at a Level 1 trauma center is required.
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT) required.
• Experience with PIV and Siemens equipment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Level 1 trauma procedures is essential.
• Radiation badge must be supplied by the agency.

Additional Information

• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; facility does not supply radiation badges to travelers.
• Facility operates under a radius rule of 60 miles for applicants.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
• Travelers may be required to float between different locations as needed.
• Guaranteed hours may be subject to cancellation of shifts based on unit needs.
