Job Overview

This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients in accordance with established policies. Direct patient care will be provided to a diverse patient population, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric patients. Pharmacists will engage in rotational shifts that may include day, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Advanced Practice Pharmacists will serve as clinical pharmacists for both inpatient and outpatient departments and will be responsible for specialized pharmacy-based clinics. Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Direct programs and activities in alignment with organizational mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee operations and provide technical and administrative supervision to both professional and non-professional staff, such as Advanced Practice Pharmacists, Staff Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants, and Pharmacy Billers.

Additional Requirements

All candidates must submit to fingerprinting clearance prior to commencement of employment. A Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution is mandatory. Candidates must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted pharmacist license and have at least two years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist, including one year as a Clinical Pharmacist.
