Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have a passion for providing excellent care to expectant mothers and newborns.
Responsibilities
- Assist as necessary in the labor and delivery process.
- Provide support and education to patients and their families.
- Monitor and document the well-being of mothers and infants.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in obstetrics (OB).
- Must be a certified Labor and Delivery Technician.
- Current NBSTA certification is required.
- Virginia registration must be in hand.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays.
Additional Information
This position allows for up to 40 hours of time off approval.
