Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to fill upcoming winter staffing needs. This position will require flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a willingness to support patient care across various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and vital signs, responding appropriately to changes in condition.
• Document patient care and interactions in compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to different locations within the region, including required assignments at nearby facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Proficiency in using Epic electronic health records is mandatory.
• Must pass a day one evaluation and be prepared to take Relias testing during onboarding.
• Ability to adapt to varying environments and patient needs.

Work Schedule

This is a temporary position with an 8-week commitment, starting January 11. Shifts will primarily be 12 hours, from 7 PM to 7 AM. A maximum of 3 days of return-to-office requirement is allowed.
