Sonographer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sonographer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring high-quality images are obtained while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct various ultrasound procedures following established protocols.
Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
Maintain equipment and ensure the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Document patient information and examination details in a timely manner.
Educate patients regarding the procedures and answer any questions they may have.
Adhere to department policies and procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Valid sonography license/certification.
Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and analyze the resulting images.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and staff.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
