We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Circulating Nurse to join our team. This position involves 36 hours per week, consisting of four 9-hour shifts from 0700 to 1630, with one day off each week. The role requires the nurse to participate in on-call duties.

Position Information:

• Department: Operating Room
• Role: RN - Circulating Nurse

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Weekend Hours: On-call only, no scheduled weekend hours
• Call Requirements: 1 weeknight call per week and 1 weekend of call every 5 or 6 weeks, depending on staffing
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Operating Room circulating experience
• Float Requirements: Team members may be asked to assist on other units during low census, but this is not a regular requirement

Education & Certifications Required:

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS for on-call duties
• Education Modules: To be determined based on position requirements

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 100 bed facility
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 for surgical patients
• Equipment: Standard Operating Room equipment
• EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in a smaller facility's Operating Room with a diverse surgical service line background
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Proficiency in Orthopedics, Urology, OB/GYN, General Surgery, and ENT
• Type of Patients: Surgical patients
• Personality Fit: We seek a team player who is willing to engage in all aspects of care, including assisting with room turnovers
