Description

Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. This role involves providing services in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a focus on pediatric care.

Shift Information

Days, 36 hours/week, 4x9s. Shift times are as follows:

Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

Provide assessment and treatment for pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
Offer inpatient rehabilitation services for adult patients as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric and outpatient settings is required.
Experience with inpatient adult rehabilitation is a plus.
Must possess a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio and hold CCCs certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification is required.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage is not required for this position. We can accommodate candidates who prefer to focus solely on pediatric patients.
