Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in adult critical care settings. This role involves providing essential respiratory care to critically ill patients and requires a strong clinical background in critical care respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions for adult patients.
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize Hamilton ventilators and EPIC documentation systems, preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and treatments.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling options, including:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Possibility of a 48-hour work week (four 12-hour shifts).

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience in adult critical care settings is preferred.
