Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule

The position offers a shift from 6 PM to 6 AM with a rotating schedule of 36-48 hours as needed. Weekend availability is required.

Facility Information

Type: Non-skilled care facility
Capacity: 32 beds
Current Census: Average of 23-25 residents

Role Responsibilities

The LPN/RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, which may include:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitoring patient health and vital signs
Assisting with daily living activities
Collaboration with healthcare team members
Documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license
Previous nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compassion and dedication to providing excellent patient care
