Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy and manage ventilators, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and assess patients' respiratory conditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory health and treatment options.
• Participate in departmental quality assurance programs.
• Float to various locations as needed to support care delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
• Current National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Active Ohio RRT license must be held at the time of application.
• Availability to work weekends and float to multiple locations within the region as necessary.
• All work history, including any previous positions in the healthcare sector, must be detailed in the application profile.

Work Schedule

The position requires night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary to meet the demands of the role.
